Healing begins with being truly seen.

Tree-Lined Park Path

My journey, both personal and professional, has taught me that resilience is not about being unshaken. It’s about finding your way back to yourself, again and again, with compassion. That is the space I hope to offer to every client who walks through my door.

Happiness is not a place, it's the road you take.

The Wind and the Waves

My path into counselling wasn’t linear. After a traumatic family event, I found myself on my own journey of self‑discovery.

Moving through the separation from my partner was a profound turning point. It pushed me to rebuild my sense of self, heal in ways that helped me connect with who I was becoming. Counselling supported me through that period, and it strengthened my belief in the power of being truly heard.

Around the same time, my son came out to me — a moment filled with love, pride, and honesty, but also one that arrived during a period when I was navigating a marital split, and family challenges. His courage invited me to look even more closely at identity, belonging, and the ways families evolve. That experience deepened my commitment to creating spaces where people can explore who they are without fear or judgement.

I bring empathy, curiosity, and a steady presence to my work. My aim is to co‑create a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move towards meaningful change.
